Welcome to Grit Graphics! By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website or services.

1. Definitions
Client: Any individual or entity that engages the services of Grit Graphics.
Company: Refers to Grit Graphics, including its employees and affiliates.
Services: Includes all branding and graphic design services provided by Grit Graphics.
Deliverables: The final designs and materials provided to the client upon completion of the project.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and/or engaging our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines or policies referenced herein.

3. Scope of Services

Grit Graphics offers branding and graphic design services which include, but are not limited to:

1. Logo design
2. Brand identity development
3. website development
4. Marketing collateral design
5. Social media graphics

4. Quotations and Payments
All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A non-refundable deposit of 20% maybe required before the commencement of any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and prior to the delivery of final files. Payments can be made via Bacs payment.

5. Client Responsibilitie
The client must provide all necessary information, content, and materials required for the project in a timely manner. The client must review and approve all designs within the agreed timeframe. Delays in approval may result in project delays.

6. Revisions and Approval
The client is entitled to an agreed rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Final approval must be provided in writing (email is acceptable) before final deliverables are released.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs and concepts remain the property of Grit Graphics until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the designs for the agreed purpose. Grit Graphics reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.

8. Confidentiality
Grit Graphics agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any information to third parties without the client’s consent.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. If the client terminates the project before completion, the deposit will not be refunded, and the client may be liable for any additional costs incurred up to the termination date.

10. Limitation of Liability
Grit Graphics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. Our total liability to the client for any claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services.

11. Amendments
Grit Graphics reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting.
